CBJAthlete helps athletes develop the self-awareness, character, accountability, and mental performance skills necessary to consistently access their Best Self.
But how often are athletes actually trained to handle them?

CoachBobbyJackson

Learn how to quickly recognize and activate the mindset and behaviors connected to your strongest performance.

Use self-awareness to recognize emotions and respond intentionally instead of allowing emotions to control performance.

Recognize potential challenges earlier and develop strategies before adversity arrives.

Create greater clarity around what you want, why you want it, and what actions are required to achieve it.
Three levels. One progression.

Before athletes can consistently perform at their best, they must understand what their best actually looks like.
OWN YOUR STORY
Take accountability for your experiences, strengths, weaknesses, choices, and development.
DISCOVER YOUR BEST SELF
Identify who you are when operating mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally at your highest level.
INSERT YOUR BEST SELF
Learn how to intentionally bring that identity into sports, school, relationships, and goals.
ATTACK THE OBSTACLES
Identify immediate challenges and create practical strategies for overcoming them.

Knowing your Best Self isn't enough.
You must build the character and environment capable of protecting it.
CHARACTER
What traits keep your Best Self accountable?
RELATIONSHIPS
Who challenges your Best Self to grow?
BOUNDARIES
What relationships, habits, and environments consistently pull you away from your Best Self?

This is where the athlete learns to carry their identity into increasingly demanding environments.
The three concepts become:
AWARENESS
Understand yourself and read your environment.
EXECUTION
Understand and execute what is being asked of you without compromising your identity.
IMPOSSIBLE GOALS
Set goals large enough to challenge your current beliefs, habits, preparation, and execution.

Three levels. One transformational journey.

“My job isn't to tell athletes who to become. My job is to help them discover their Best Self—and build the mental performance skills necessary to consistently become that person.”

Working with Coach Bobby has truly been life-changing. His compassion, patience, and understanding created a safe space where I could grow and heal. He helped me see things more clearly and build confidence in myself again. I’m so grateful for his support and guidance on my mental health journey.

Working with Coach Jackson has helped me so much. We spoke one time together and he has helped me improve in my struggles so much. The things he has taught me will forever stick with me. He taught me how to rewrite my thinking ways whenever I do bad and now I don’t have that’s problem as much.
